An alternative to a kiosk

The digital menu that becomes an ordering tool on the phone.

For dine-in and takeaway ordering, each customer uses their own phone: an alternative to a dedicated kiosk for these uses, not a replacement for all of its functions.

Ordering without waiting for a kiosk

Each customer scans the QR code, taps an NFC card or opens the menu link, then orders from their phone. Several customers can do so at the same time.

You stay in control

Dishes, prices, photos and availability are managed from your admin area; the till shows and tracks every order.

Extras offered, never forced

Three separate, optional places: suggestions in a dish sheet (up to 2 shown), a highlights carousel, and “Anything else?” before the order is sent. The customer can continue without adding anything.

“Anything else?” window: four drinks offered, Add and Continue without adding buttons

What the customer sees. What the restaurant controls.

Customer side

  • He or she creates an account or signs in: first name, last name, phone, password; e-mail optional. An account is required to order.
  • He or she picks “dine in” by entering the table number, or “takeaway” by writing the pickup time freely.
  • He or she builds the order from each dish sheet: options, extras, a note for the kitchen.
  • He or she reviews the basket and sends. No online payment.
  • He or she follows the order in the account: pending, confirmed, in preparation, ready, completed. The history is there too.

Restaurant side

  • Filters by status and type (dine in, Click & Collect) and changes the status in one tap.
  • Sets an estimated waiting time and can add an internal note.

  • Records the payment at the counter: cash, card, or pay later.
The alerts available, and their conditions.
ChannelHow it works and conditions
On the till screenEvery order appears. After 10 minutes without action it gets a red outline; a beep and a message repeat every 2 minutes while it waits. The page must be open and visible: no reminder with a locked screen or a hidden tab.
TelegramIf your Telegram group is connected, each new order is announced there. We check with you that reception works on your side.
BrowserBrowser notifications can be allowed on the till device. They depend on the device and its settings.
For the customerNo SMS or e-mail: the customer follows the order status in the account.
The figures that exist, nothing more.
  • Today: orders of the day, orders to handle, bookings, estimated turnover (sum of tickets, not a payment).
  • Split: dine in and Click & Collect, new customers, customer accounts.
  • Dishes: most viewed and most ordered, busiest hours over 30 days.
  • The week: a summary of orders (completed, cancelled, average basket), bookings, wheel spins and orders per day.
  • Customers: a record per customer (orders, bookings, wheel, points), the “best customers” ranked by activity and their favourite dish, worked out from their orders.

These indicators come from the activity recorded in the application. We show no other figure.

Payment and alerts

Payment stays at the counter. Alerts are set up with you.

Payment at the counter

The customer pays on site, in cash or by card. The team records the payment from the till screen. No online payment.

Being alerted to an order

Every new order appears on the till screen, with a sound reminder if it goes unanswered. Depending on the setup, an alert can also arrive on Telegram or in the browser. These alerts depend on the device and its settings: we check with you what works for you, with no guarantee on every device.
