Marketing wheel
A prize wheel to liven up your business.
The customer tries their luck from their phone. If they win, they show a code at the counter. You choose the prizes.
€35 per month Separate offer, with or without a digital menu.

The wheel in action
From the button to the spinning wheel.
- The customer taps “Spin the wheel”.
- The wheel spins for a few seconds.
- The result appears. If the customer wins, a gift code is shown.

From the win to the prize handed over.
The customer then shows the code at the counter: here is how the team validates it and hands over the gift.

At the counter

They spin the wheel; if they win, the prize appears with a code.
Demonstration example.
What it is for
An activity of your own, with your prizes.
An activity for your customers
A quick game on the phone, at the table or the counter, giving one more reason to scan the QR code.
Prizes you choose
A coffee, a dessert, a discount: you create the prizes and decide which ones win.
Introduce an offer or a product
A prize can highlight a new dish, a set menu or a drink. This is a possible use: prize labels are free text.
Settings you control
The odds of each slice (the total is 100%), the delay before playing again, and a test of the win animation that leaves the statistics untouched.
A prize handed over simply
The customer wins a single-use code, valid for 24 hours. Your team validates it at the counter on a paired phone that can only validate wins.
Towards your pages
Depending on your settings, the customer first opens your Instagram or TikTok page before the wheel. The menu also shows, if you fill them in, your Instagram and TikTok links, call, directions and share: a way to make your profile easier to find, with no guaranteed result.
What the wheel does
It draws a prize at random according to your odds, issues a code, and gives you a 7- or 30-day summary.
What it may bring
Depending on your prizes and your footfall, it can liven up the visit and make your offers known. It does not guarantee reviews, a Google ranking, new customers or revenue.

At the counter
The A5 stand, placed where the customer pays.
Near the till or on the counter, it invites the customer to scan its QR code to discover the wheel and the prizes you offer.
- Visible when payingThe customer sees it while paying or waiting for their order, with no need for staff to explain it.
- One or several placesOne stand per till or counter, depending on your venue.
- Your prizes, within what the wheel allowsYou choose the prizes (a coffee, a dessert…) and their odds. If the wheel gives one, the customer shows their code at the counter and you validate it. This code is not a discount code.
€15 each, bought separately from the wheel subscription (€35/month): no stand is included in it.
No prize is guaranteed on every play, and the wheel does not promise more reviews, more followers or more revenue.
Who it is for
For your restaurant, or for a business without a menu.
For a restaurant
With MenuPulse, the wheel opens from the menu or from the QR code of an A5 stand placed at the counter or till.
For another business
Without a digital menu, the wheel opens on its own from a QR code or a link. Prizes, odds and the code to validate at the counter work the same way. Separate offer, €35/month. Our wheels are currently installed in restaurants.
The detail
The detail, point by point.

Three notions not to confuse.
The probability
Each slice has its probability; the total is 100%. Example: eight slices, three winning at 20%, 12% and 8%, i.e. a 40% chance of winning on each spin. At least three slices are needed; the settings screen offers eight.
The prize stock
The wheel does not count remaining prizes: there is no stock and no cap on wins. A prize can come up as often as chance decides.
The number of winners
Each spin is drawn separately. A 40% chance does not mean 4 winners out of 10: the product guarantees no exact number of wins.
You keep control of the cost by choosing suitable prizes, setting the probabilities and validating each code at the counter.
From the QR code to the prize handed over.
- The customer opens the wheelFrom a QR code, a link or the menu. No account is required.
- Steps before the wheelDepending on your settings: open the business's Instagram or TikTok account. A step that is switched on is required to play. It is not verified: the wheel does not know whether an account was followed. Asking for a Google review stays optional and separate from taking part.
- He or she spins the wheelOne spin every 1, 4, 12, 24 or 48 hours depending on your setting (24 hours by default), per device and per customer account if signed in.
- If he or she wins, a code appears6 characters, valid for 24 hours, usable once.
- He or she shows it at the counterYou enter the code on the validation screen of a phone paired with the counter; you hand over the prize, the code can no longer be used.
A visitor who clears the browser data can play again. It is the validation of the code at the counter, once per code, that limits the prizes actually handed out.
Two possible steps, switched on one by one.
| Step | What the customer does |
|---|---|
| Opens the business's Instagram account in a new tab. The step only appears if the link is filled in. | |
| TikTok | Opens the business's TikTok account in a new tab. The step only appears if the link is filled in. |
Each step is switched on or off separately: one, two or none. They always follow the same order (Instagram, TikTok), one at a time. When the customer returns to the wheel, the next step unlocks after a few seconds; the wheel opens after the last one. If the return is not detected, a “continue” button appears.
The customer opens an external page, looks at it, then comes back to the wheel. The wheel checks neither that a review was posted, nor its rating, nor that an account was followed.
The product also includes a “Google review page” step, which we do not recommend: asking for a review should stay optional, with no reward and no link to taking part.
What you set, what you read.
- Create and edit the prizes: label, probability, winning or losing slice.
- Choose the delay before playing again and the steps before the wheel.
- Have the prize labels translated; a hand-corrected translation is never overwritten.
- Test the winning animation without touching the statistics.
- Pair a phone with the counter: it can only validate prizes.
- Read the summary over 7 or 30 days: spins, prizes won, prizes used at the counter, usage rate, most won prizes. It measures neither turnover nor unique customers.

What we do not promise.
We promise no rating, no number of reviews and no commercial result. No reward should depend on a positive review, and Google forbids offering a benefit in exchange for a review. The steps before the wheel are set up with you, within that framework.
