What your menu does

What your customers can actually do.

Open the menu without an app

The customer scans a QR code, taps a phone on an NFC card or opens a link. The support stays the same when you change the menu.

Browse the menu

Categories with pictures, dish lists, search and popular dishes. Each dish has its own sheet: photo, description, price.

Choose with the facts

Allergens appear on the dishes, as you entered them. Variants, sauces and extras are chosen on the dish sheet.

Highlight a dish

Optional: a carousel of cards (dish, promotion, wheel, Instagram, TikTok), at most six active cards, and suggestions such as “Complete your meal”.

Read in their language

12 languages, including Arabic read right to left. The menu content is translated automatically.

Reach the restaurant's services

Depending on the modules switched on: order, book a table, open a loyalty card, play the wheel, call the waiter.

Menu and ordering

The digital menu that becomes an ordering tool on the phone.

MenuPulse alone · €50/month

  • The customer browses the menu on their phone: photos, descriptions, allergens, options and extras, in 12 languages.
  • You manage dishes, prices, photos and availability from the admin area.

With the ordering option · +€30/month (€80 together)

  • Dine-in, the customer enters their table number. Takeaway (Click & Collect): they send their order with a pickup time, without calling to dictate it.
  • Several customers can order at the same time, without waiting for a shared kiosk.
  • The order arrives on the team's till screen, which tracks it; payment is made at the counter, not online.

To offer an extra: highlights, paid extras and suggestions (drink, dessert). The customer is free to ignore them. See the ordering option

Day to day

Your menu changes without reprinting your menus for every edit.

A price changes, a dish stops, a photo is redone: you edit the menu online and your customers see the current version.

Change a price

You edit the price in the admin area and the online menu shows the new value. No need to redo a printed menu for a simple price change.

Add, remove or hide a dish

A new dish arrives, a seasonal one ends: you add or remove it. A hidden dish disappears from the menu; there is no “sold out” mark.

Photos and descriptions kept current

You replace a photo and correct a description or an allergen list. Each dish sheet stays true to what you serve.

The result: fewer reprints and fewer worn paper menus to replace. You can still keep a paper menu if you wish.

Categories and dishes

From the first screen to a dish page.

These screens come from Ev'Et's online menu. Customers go from the home screen to a dish's details without installing anything.

Browsing the menu

Finding a dish in seconds.

  • Categories: large tiles with the number of choices, and a category bar that follows scrolling.
  • Search: the customer types a word and the menu filters at once.
  • Dish cards: photo, name, short description, price, rating, and a small badge if you pick one (“No. 1 seller”, “Favourite”, “Homemade”…).
  • Open / closed: the status follows your opening hours. Outside them, ordering is not offered.

With no badge chosen, a card may show a decorative label (“Discovery of the day”…), unrelated to sales.

The dish sheet

Everything needed to choose, on one sheet.

  • Photo, description, price, rating. The top of the sheet gathers the essentials; a longer description can be added.
  • Variants and choices. A group is required (“Bread: 1 choice”) or optional (“Sauces: choose 2”). The customer sees what is left to choose.
  • Paid extras. “Coffee +€2.00”, “Cappuccino +€3.50”: each extra shows its price.
  • Suggestions under the sheet (“Discover with this dish”): chosen automatically, or 1 to 6 products you pick, or switched off.
  • Allergens. You enter the list, the sheet shows it; eight common allergens have an icon.
  • Option: lunch / dinner price, two labelled prices for one dish.

What a card can hold
Card typeWhen the customer taps it
A dishDish, best seller, drink or dessert: a tap opens its sheet.
A free promotionTitle, subtitle, picture of your choice; on tap: simply close, external link or call the waiter.
The prize wheelA tap leads to the wheel page.
Instagram or TikTokOpens in a new tab, only if the restaurant's link is filled in.
When it opens
Frequency chosenWhen the window opens
DiscreetAfter 90 seconds or 4 dish sheets viewed, once.
NormalAfter 50 seconds or 3 dish sheets viewed, once.
IntensiveAfter 30 seconds or 2 dish sheets viewed, then a second time 3 minutes after closing. Never more than two per visit.
Settings
  • Up to six active cards, reordered by drag and drop. A card can be limited to dates, days of the week and a time window.
  • The first card shown is adjustable: in order, the wheel first, a specific card, or a rotation from one day to the next.
  • Texts entered per card, with a translation per language. Appearance: light or dark, five colours, logo shown or not.
Behaviour

The carousel never opens while the customer has the basket, a dish sheet or a field open, nor during language choice, nor on a hidden tab. It closes with the cross, by tapping outside, with the Escape key, and is browsed by swiping, with the on-screen arrows or the keyboard arrows.

Without the “Pop-ups and suggestions” module, the wheel appears alone in a window: 60 seconds after the customer arrives, then again 60 seconds after each closing, as long as it is active. The carousel then replaces this window.

Before you get started.

Another question? Write to us on WhatsApp

How does the digital menu work?

Your customers scan a QR code or hold their phone near an NFC card. The menu opens in their browser, with no app, in 12 languages.

Who enters my menu at the start?

We do. You send us your menu, we enter it and set up the modules you chose.

Can I edit my menu myself?

Yes. Dishes, prices and availability are edited from your admin area, whenever you like.

Are QR codes and NFC cards included?

No, they are bought per unit on top of the subscription: NFC card with QR code €10, A6 stand for tables €13, A5 stand for the wheel €15.

What does the ordering option do?

Customers order from the menu and the team follows orders at the till. Tables and booking are included. The option requires the digital menu.

Do customers pay online?

No. Payment is made at the counter: there is no online payment.

What is the difference between the offers?

The digital menu (€50/month) and the marketing wheel (€35/month) are each available on their own. The ordering option (+€30/month) is added to the menu: €80/month together. MenuPulse + Wheel costs €75/month, instead of €85 for the two items bought separately. The complete offer brings all three together for €100/month, against €115 separately.

Taxes, setup, term: what about them?

Amounts are reference prices in euros, excluding VAT (HT). VAT, setup and term are agreed with you before any commitment.
