Look after what customers see before they walk in.
Four complementary services: your presence on Google and Google Maps, your customer reviews, your business image and your NFC supports. Each has its own scope and limits, explained below.
Google listing of the restaurant Izgara in Aubervilliers. Public view of 27 October 2026.
For this business we supported the Google listing and set up an NFC card to the review page and a wheel. The rating and review count are its customers' on the date shown: they do not measure our work on their own.
Customer reviews: asking for them honestly
Who it is for
A business with satisfied customers but few reviews, because customers do not know where to leave one.
What we do
A direct link, QR code or NFC card to your review page
Guidelines to ask all your customers, not only the happy ones
Guidelines for replying to reviews, positive and critical
Next step
We choose the support (link, QR code or card) and where to put it, with you. No reward in exchange for a review: Google forbids it.
A business whose reviews go unanswered, or that does not know how to reply to criticism.
What we do
We write polite, factual, personalised replies to each review concerned
We submit them to you or publish them, as we agree together
We never write fake reviews and never offer anything in exchange for a review
Prepared text and published reply: two separate steps
We prepare the text of a reply. It appears on Google only once published, with access to your profile and under the terms agreed with you. No reply is published without that agreement.
Three monthly plans
€30 per monthNegative reviewsReplies to negative reviews. The rating threshold concerned is defined with you before starting.
€40 per month1 to 4-star reviewsReplies to all 1 to 4-star reviews.
€60 per monthAll reviewsReplies to all reviews, positive and critical.
Volumes, turnaround, access to your profile and any handling of older reviews: set with you before starting. Reviews remain your customers' own; we promise no rating or result.
