Local visibility · Google reviews
Ask all your customers for reviews, within the rules.
A review left easily, without reward, without picking customers: it is the only lasting method. We help you make the request easy (link, QR code, NFC card) and reply to reviews.

Who it is for
For businesses with satisfied customers but few reviews.
The problem is rarely quality: customers do not think of it, or do not know where to leave a review.
- A full room but few online reviews
- Reviews that stay unanswered
- The wish to ask for reviews without breaking the rules
What we do
Make it easy, reply, buy nothing.
Make it easy
A direct link, a QR code or an NFC card to your review page. Google itself says you can ask customers to scan a QR code.
Ask everyone
Offer the card to every customer, not only to those who look happy.
Reply to reviews
A thank-you for a positive review, a calm and factual reply to a critical one.
Stay within the rules
No reward in exchange for a review, no fake reviews.
How it goes
Three steps, from a first look to asking for reviews.
- We look at your situationYour room, your profile, how your customers find you.
- We choose the mediumLink, QR code or NFC card, placed where the customer is available.
- You ask, you replyWe give you the guidelines for replying to reviews.
What you get
A simple way to offer everyone the chance to review.
You get a set-up and guidelines, not a promise of results.
- A link or QR code to your review page
- An NFC card if you wish
- Guidelines for replying to reviews
- No reward in exchange for a review: Google prohibits it (fake engagement)
- No promise about the number of reviews, rating or timing

Replies to your Google reviews
- Who it is for
- A business whose reviews go unanswered, or that does not know how to reply to criticism.
- What we do
- We write polite, factual, personalised replies to each review concerned
- We submit them to you or publish them, as we agree together
- We never write fake reviews and never offer anything in exchange for a review
We prepare the text of a reply. It appears on Google only once published, with access to your profile and under the terms agreed with you. No reply is published without that agreement.

What about the marketing wheel?
