Access to the service
The digital menu, customer account area, reservations, loyalty program and orders are available subject to service availability and the restaurant's opening hours. The restaurant reserves the right to modify or suspend access without prior notice.
Customer account
The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided when creating their account and for keeping their login credentials confidential. Any fraudulent use must be reported to the restaurant immediately.
Orders and reservations
Prohibited uses
Any attempt at abuse, misuse, fraud, technical disruption, or use contrary to the intended purpose of the service is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and legal action.
Liability
The restaurant remains responsible for the commercial information published, availability, prices, and the fulfillment of its orders or reservations.
